Tim joined Cushman & Wakefield in May 2016 in the role of Analyst before transitioning into the role of Executive for the Sydney Office Leasing team.

Tim has been actively involved in the property industry for the past 6 years commencing his career in Property Management where he developed a wealth of knowledge across a variety of fields including analytics, financial reporting, building management/maintenance, tenant relations and lease negotiations.

During his time in management, Tim worked on an expanding portfolio that comprised of a variety of private and institutional clients whose assets amassed circa 150,000m² of net lettable area and across markets including the CBD, North Sydney, St Leonards, Lane Cove and Macquarie Park.

Seeking to diversify his knowledge and further his skill set, Tim joined the Cushman & Wakefield Office Leasing team. Tim’s background in Property Management serves as the perfect platform for office leasing. Tim’s work ethic, market knowledge and understanding of client objectives has translated into great success in 2017 with Tim completing more than 34 transactions.

Tim is very active in the Sydney CBD brokerage market, he is ambitious and passionate, his tenacity and resourcefulness enable his clients to gain valuable insight into the market and build a competitive advantage ensuring the best outcome.
