Tim joined Cushman & Wakefield in March 2016 as Head of Office Leasing - Australia and New Zealand, having previously been with CBRE for six years, latterly as Senior Director – Office Services.

 

Tim has 30 years’ experience in project marketing, both launching and repositioning major office developments in the Sydney CBD and North Shore markets for both institutional and private clients.

 

He has experience in leading large scale complex projects, implementing and developing sophisticated marketing strategies and campaigns, adding value with ideas and direction, as well as being a skilled communicator and coordinator. As a result, he has a strong understanding of the drivers and decision-making process for major target tenants and is experienced in facilitating major lease transactions and structuring deals.
