Grant has over 21 years’ experience in the property industry, both within Australia and the UK. His focus is on providing his business Clients (Tenants) with strategic real estate advice across the spectrum of commercial lease related negotiations, including: lease renewals; rent reviews; make good and lease surrender negotiations; as well as relocations and sourcing of new sites and premises. Grant’s extensive expertise draws from a rich background in dealing with Clients of all types and sizes within both the office and industrial sectors, in order to maximize their respective positions and savings. In particular, his understanding of the leasing process has been fine-tuned through years of previously working in Agency for commercial Landlords across Sydney.
