Andy Cox

Andy joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Sydney Office Leasing team in January 2017 after 18 months experience working in Brisbane’s Industrial Sales & Leasing team. After nearly two years as the team’s Analyst, Andy transitioned into an Executive Leasing Agent in 2019.  During his time working in the Sydney Office Leasing team, Andy has worked closely with all operators to develop a strong level of market knowledge and skills of the commercial property industry.

Andy has gained a valuable knowledge and exposure to the market through his contribution on a number of projects and is now using that experience whilst working on a diverse range of assets for both private and institutional landlords. His tenaciousness and work ethic has positioned him as an active broker in the CBD market and translated into great success in 2019 with Andy being involved in 35 transactions totalling over 10,000sqm of leased office space across of range of assets.

Andy prides himself on providing a highly conscientious approach to his work. His organised and diligent methodology enables him to gain a deep knowledge of the market whilst ensuring best-in-class results for his clients.
